Michael F Hogan — President
A native of Weston Ma. now living the majority of the year in County Tipperary Ireland. With a background in Banking and Finance Michael remains a current Qualified Financial Advisor. An avid car enthusiast and collector Michael also runs a successful Limousine / Wedding car service with his collection of classic and vintage Rolls Royce motor cars in Ireland. A widower since 1999 Michael reared his two children Joanne and Michael who remain his first priority. A long time resident, first visiting Kingman Acres in 1982 Michael returned many times with his family before purchasing in 2002 and a second unit in 2005. As President (2011/15) Michael remains an active presence who believes in our community and with the other Board Members and committees strives to make it even better!
Christina Ouillette — Vice President/Secretary
Proudest achievement: Raised two sons, now 26 and 30 to be productive, respectful and independent young men. Past Investigator at the Public Defender’s office for the 5 years; serve on several boards; Past Director of Shining Futures Center in Hobe Sound devoted to helping teens and young adults with Autism learn the skills needed for independent living. Licensed Realtor for over 30 years and owner of Cybertank an IT business.

Joel Altavesta– BOD Member
Joel has owned in Kingman Acres since 1982 and we welcome him back each fall. Joel has extensive experience in many aspects of construction.
Erin Lomax — BOD Member
Erin has lived in Kingman Acres for 3 years and is an Education Specialist at a public Aquarium.
